Norcold 323T- GFCI tripping

My fridge keeps tripping the GFCI when using AC power. I have been running it fine now for 48 hours on propane and even tried switching it back to AC and had the GFCI trip again.
Everything is pointing to AC heating element. But I cannot verify the proper replacement part number.
I found element 630805 fits model 323.
Or
The norcoldguy web site for model 323T says to use part 638370.
In my learning I am under the impression that the T after the 323 just indicates fridge options. But not sure if that means a different AC heating element.
Any ideas?

The 323T is a designation for fridge that is used in 'Truck Campers'

There are TWO elements for the '322/323' fridges
Check your cooling unit serial number (ID decal on absorber tube)

(COOLING UNIT SERIAL# 11255510 & BELOW)
61745322
Norcold 61745322 Refrigerator 110V 140W Heating Element - Electrical Components - Refrigerator Parts - Refrigerators - RV Appliances

(Cooling Unit Serial # 11255511 & Above)

My serial number is nowhere close to that one listed. It is 8432737.
Does this mean I need the later part number 630805?

Norcold 323T- GFCI tripping

I was looking at the fridge serial number not the cooling unit serial number. My cooling unit serial number is 8357674.
Looks like I need the first part number.

Bad GFI

You could have a defective GFI instead. Might try plugging the frig into a different outlet not on the GFI.

Tried that. It tripped after 3 minutes as well. I even tried heating the fridge with gas and then switch over to ac. That failed too.

I just ordered parts from this Dyers RV parts company.
Worst customer service ever!
Will never order from them again.
1. Poor packaging resulted in my blower motor rattling around in this big box and tearing open before delivery.
2. Somehow suite number was left off my order...so UPS said unable to deliver. I caught it and told UPS to leave it at the hub and I would pick it up. UPS said that Dyers does not allow UPS to hold at the pickup hub or change delivery address and I needed to call Dyers. When I made the call, Dyers said they could not allow this change because it would cost their shipping company (not UPS) and Dyers would have to call them to ask for an exception. But this would take an additional day. This morning I got an email from Dyers saying they would not fix this issue and the parts would be returned and have to be ordered all over again!!! I went to the UPS hub and picked up my package anyways. UPS gave it to me. I get packages every week, and this “suite” issue has happened before and I have always been able to pick up at the hub, but Dyers says they have blocked this ability because UPS charges them more money. I will never buy from them again. I will pay more if needed to get from somewhere else.
I may start a separate thread over this Dyers thing.

Anyways, I ordered the correct parts including the AC heating element for the fridge.
