Pop up camper top Leak

Have a 2004 Fleetwood Pop up. Discovered the top leaking I presume around the air conditioner. Has not been leaking long so I don't believe the wood is rotten but all the inside vinyl is wavy. I could no doubt re mount and stop the leak but the inside ceiling looks bad. Replace the top, rebuild? What do you think?

the thing with water damage is that by the time it gets to where you can see some of it, it's a lot more extensive once you start tearing into it to fix. good luck!

rebuilding is a big job, but someone with even a small level of DIY abilities (and a few good strong backed friends) can do it!
