First, Howdy and Welcome to iRV2.com.
I am probably the last one to say your OK, but the weights you show look like you should be OK. As far as the saging goes, you should town your trailer level. The main reason is it keeps you from swaying to much. When we bought our Bayside 19' pup, it was rated at 3400 we had a Explorer the weight was ok and it towed great untill we filled the tank with water then anything over 40 was a fieght. I asked around and was told I neded a Weight distributiion hitch. We got one and had no problem with sway any more. Your new trailer if you get it will have brakes so be sure to have a good break control atached and show your co piolet how it works. if by any chance it starts to sway real bad you need 2 hands to control the situation , and your co piolet can hit the controller several times to straighten you out if need be. We had that problem one time after everything was set up right when a school bus pulled out in front of me at 50 MPH and I had to swerve away Cheri hit the control 3 times and I held the wheel and we got it under control fast with no real problem. Have you tried weighing your pup now to see what you bring with you, You will transfer all that to a new rig, and I am sure you will add more because of the room. Keep thatin mind.
You will get more advice so make a list.
Have fun.
