I bought my 2005 Starcraft Centennial 3608 in Feb. of this year from a Portland Or. Dealership. From that time I had warranty work done on the converter, shower and frig. One of the problems with the 3608 is it sets so low that I bent one of the pads and tore off part of the plumbing. In September I found a riser for the trailer from Starcraft and installed it myself. When I was installing it I had notice a lot of rust on the frame and gas line. Contacted my dealership and had them look at it for warranty but they said that starcraft said no. So I wrote a letter to starcraft about the problem and sent pictures of the rust saying it must be a bad paint job because my last starcraft I had for four years has almost no rust on it. Starcraft sent back an email and said they buy there frame from some where else and there is not warranty for rust. There answer was No.
I owned my own business and consumer service is the most important thing. Evidently this is not true with Starcraft. So if you buy a Starcraft make sure you don't just see the bumper to bumper warranty for the first year but to look at all the exclusions for that is the most important part. As far a Starcraft I have bought two starcraft trailers but there will never be a third. .

Howdy and welcome to IRV2. Nice to have you aboard. sorry to hear about the trouble with Starcraft. It dose not matter what you own, we all hate to hear about anytrouble anywhere because they all seem to use alot of the same contractors. I have been under our coleman a few months ago and did not see any rust. I am sure they will see the error of their ways when sales drop and they wonder why.

Again glad your part of the family and let us know if you have any questions.

How 'bout some pictures? Kinda hard to take sides when it's all subjective.
