Well, with some good advice and discussing it with my wife. I think for now we will keep what we have and make it our home away from home. The first step I have taken has been replace the plywood around the roof that has become very rotten.
I was wondering if anyone coud tell me how to fix the sag in the roof not all the sides go up or down evenly and I am having to prop the one side up so that the rain will not collect in that side.
