What can I expect?

We will be taking our MH to Canada crossing over at the Thousand Islands border. We have done this by car but never in our MH. I will say that the Canadian side has always been very polite asking very few questions and wishing us a nice visit. On the American side the inspectors with their nasty attitudes and one hand on their weapon while the questions don't seem to end is certainly no fun. My question is what can I expect since we will be traveling in our MH. Will they ask us to pull over and come on board to inspect it or will we just drive through as usual?

Thanks, Mike

It depends on whose turn it is for the border guard when it's your turn to go through. I've been "waved through" without so much as looking in our trailer, and I've had to open the trailer for inspection. This was also true coming back from Mexico.
