09 eagle with a leaking drain hose

My 09 Eagle has the kitchen on the slide floorplan. When the drain hose extends and contracts with the slide , over time it has gotten kinked. The kitchen drain has been slow for sometime, first noticed in 2011 shortly after we bought it. Has gotten worse. Investigated the problem and found it is kinked at the point it between the middle of the slide and when it would go into the wall(where it lays on top of the grey water tank). It has a track it lays on when it comes through the floor and is guided into the wall. I can't tell if it fails to guide right everytime or if it just did it once and then kinked. At any rate it is kinked and is know leaking. Can I splice this hose with PVC pipe?? Anyone had experience with this problem??
