Mine has v belts. But thank you for the photo

I just found something in my parts catalog book that states:

Note: other parts for the engine are available through ford motor company dealerships refer to ford 1980/ light truck e250/350 series.

Is anyone familiar with this?

In the photo homeless provided, the outer belt is adjusted by the bolts at the red arrows and the inner belt is adjusted by the bolt at the blue arrow.

In the diagram provided by DonDee, the Air Supply Pump Assembly is bolted to a slotted bracket allowing for adjusting belt tightness. I believe it's the power steering pump bracket on the right side of the engine that adjusts the dual belts.

My husband looked at this but still didn't see how we could get the belt off. It got dark so we are going to take a break until morning. Hopefully better luck will come with Saturday. Thanks everyone for your help and if you think of something else just let me know.
