1994 HR with E40D tranny - where to buy Mercon?

MERCON ATF ? I was going to change the tranny fluide today but can not find the Mercon ATF that it calls for anywhere, I did see Valvoline High Mileage ATF Maxlife says Dexron III/ Mercon is that ok?
thanks
