1994 Newmar Country Star

I have a 1994 Newmar Country Star 38' diesel pusher and my problem is when I flip the switch to use the electric side of my water heater it makes my front air conditioner fan switch from low to high and when I flip the switch off it makes my relay rattle in my transfer switch when I'm plugged into 50 amp shore power or sometimes it blows my breaker would appreciate some feedback on this issue, called Newmar they have no clue.

I suspect you have a bad heating element. Not enough to trip breaker or not function but on the verge and the emf's on the frame side (negative or ground) for DC circuits is causing issue with other equipment. Replace the heating element and let us know how you do.
BTW; welcome to irv2.com
