I suspect it is like mine also. An 18 inch crescent wrench on the square drive bar will move the slide once the motor brake is released. Vice grips will work also but not as much leverage. Also, if like mine carrying a few grade 8 or stainless steel 1/4 x 1 1/2 inch bolts/nuts can be handy when one of those (used as shear pins) breaks when you're in a campground. Just had that happen last week.
