Just purchased this coach with a conditional inspection of the unit by a licensed professional, who has been hired by me. Its has some interior wear and needs some odds and ends but his a great bones candidate for me.

Any previous or current owners have any input for any pros or cons for the MH? Should be getting the report early this week. I did notice a small trans or power fluid leak near the side radiator and a few paint checking areas on the stripes here and there.

Been searching for almost a year and my pickiness was well worth it.

Congrats on finding your new jewel-
Your list is not bad considering the age of the coach.
Make sure you post some photos.
