1998 Rexhall Aerbus not getting fuel

My wife and I have been camping for over a month and when I went to start up the coach it wouldn't start.
I have the Ford 460 engine.
I have established that is isn't getting any fuel.
I am not that mechanical but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Are you getting any fuel to the full filter? You might have to remove the filter and someone turn over the engine to see if fuel is getting to the filter. If not then you will need to check the fuel pump. Not sure if the pump is mounted to the engine or inside the fuel tank. Good luck and let us know what the problem is.

I had a 96 Aerbus on a Ford chassis that would vapor lock. I found that the fuel pump in the fuel tank was going bad. You may have an emergency cut off switch that in the event of an accident the power is cut off to the fuel pump. Make sure it is not tripped. The fuel pump is usually what goes on these and dropping the fuel tank is required to access it through the top of the tank.
