I found the broken half of a white bushing that fits on top and bottom of my slideout arm. The slide still works but it is tilted down slightly when extended. Any suggestions on how to get this corrected without takeing it back to the dealer? Thanks Fred

The entire ram assmy will have to be removed and torn down to repair. You should try to find the manufacturer that may have individual parts available. If not you will have to replace the assmy.
