2011 Pricing

I'm just curious if any of you who are looking at new motorhomes right now have gotten wind of the price increases due to the new chassis and emissions requirements. We just got word that the Berkshires have gone up about $15,000 for the 2011's on the 2010 chassis. Has anyone else heard of any increases?

When looking at a 2010 Winn Tour at Tom Schaeffers in PA, the salesman there said he heard that the 2011's will be $50,000 more. I'm sure he exaggerated some to try to sell a 2010, but never the less, the increase will be steep plus you will have to deal with the urea tank.

The 2010 chassis will require a separate urea tank. It is part of the 2010 emissions requirements from the EPA on diesels. It adds to the cost of the unit new, but is supposed to increase mileage while reducing emissions. Most people are concerned about the new technology. That is the reason we ordered the 2011 on a 2009 chassis.
