2014 Hershey show

We are going to Hershey this year to look for our first RV. Just wondering how many others are going to the Hershey show this year to look at buy their first RV?

We are looking at Class A DP's, what flavors are you all looking at this year.

How many are looking to trade up.

We are also interested in the vendor areas for toad towing, insurance, finance, extended warranties and general accessories. We will be spending a couple of days there and are looking forward to attending some of the seminars.

Hope you all have a good time, I'm sure we will as our first real show was Tampa and at that time everything was so new to us that we felt overwhelmed. This time we are within a few months of buying and have done some significant research so we feel much better prepared.

Regards,

Jim

We were really hoping to get to the Hershey show this year and seeing what's new

Unfortunately in this instance, that plan is now in jello due to some unexpected circumstances.

Hubby was interested in a Tiffin Allegro Bus until some reviews switched him over to Entegra which alas doesn't have quite the same choice of floor plans (especially kitchen and bathroom for me!), but boys and their toys, it's about engines, construction and so on (LOL).

We'll likely stick with our current older RV for the time being, but nonetheless we love to look at what's new and shiny coming along.

Enjoy, I've heard its one of the biggest shows to attend.

The Hershey show is great, so much to look at you will be exhausted. Be careful though it is easy to get caught up in the moment. I have a 2014 Newmar Ventana LE as a result of my visit last year. Had never even driven a class A before buying it. Love it but they make it almost irresistible

I hear you

We did go to the Tampa show last year and made it through without buying anything. It may be tougher getting through Hershey, but we probably will unless someone steps up to the plate with an offer we can not refuse. This is going to be our first RV... have never driven one so we may spend some time at the demo lot.

Newmar is on the list to look at, but what we really want to do is see some of the vendors for the million other things like insurance, towing accessories etc.

Hope you are enjoying the Ventana....

We just about drove off with a fw38s last year and we would have been able to skip this part of our fall trip up north, but said we are here again.
Looking at checking out newmar 3914 if they have one,
