92 Fleetwood Pace Arrow electrical issues

i need help i have a 92 fleetwood pace arrow with 62,000 miles i had it in storage for over a year it was started about every 4 months with no problems. then when i pick it up it drove fine for about 10 miles then out of know where it started to sputter and die out. i thought maybe it was old gas so i added clean fuel and with no luck same thing it acted like it was being staved for fuel so i changed fuel filter and the throttle body injectors. no luck i was getting good pressure from the pump still it was driving ruff and would not get out of 3 gear. one day i hit the A/C blower on and immediately started to run with all the power it should have for driving could get up to 65 . but i need help to figure out how should i correct this issue since this has started i have had to change the fuel pump 2 times when test for voltage it reads 9-11 volts at the pump connection i am great with working and fixing just about anything but i am stumped on this one. please help

Fuel pump voltage seems low and turning on ac made it better?

There may be an enrichment system to add power when ac is on.

Get a haynes type manual for the closest chassis to yours as it should have similar systems and troubleshooting.

May be stuck egr or bad hose someplace.

Try a simple vacuum guage.
