Heater control will not shut off. If I go under the hood and shut it off manually, I still have heat blowing into cab. I know the cable is either off or broke, but shutting it off by hand at the heater core should do the same thing. What other things should I look for to shut the heat off. Thanks Paul

Welcome to the forum. I am not able to answer your question, but have a suggestion. You might consider posting this question in the Winnebago owners forum lower on the main forum page. Include the coach model, length, and chassis information. I'm sure there will be someone there who can properly address your problem and recommend a solution for you. I'll bet there is a simple fix.

Try feeling the hose on the other side of the valve.If it gets hot after start up replace the valve. they go bad and leak thru hot water.Just replaced mine with a china knock off and it leaked. now I have a manual brass valve and it works great. Don't use the heater vary often here in Calif, Good Luck Mike
