Cool 95 Firan Telestar hydraulic jacks

The Hydraulic jacks on my MH won't come down at all. All I hear is a slight tap when I try to engage. Would like to check the hydraulic fluid on The HWH 200 joystick system, but don't know where it is located. I have looked all over the engine compartment and all the access doors. Any help would be appreciated. Just bought the RV and are inspecting all the different systems and doing any maintenance required.

Hello and We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy our website and forums. Goo luck, stay safe and keep us posted.
The key needs to be turned on or back in accessory and the parking brake set for the jacks to operate. Do you have any lights on the joy stick base plate?
Make certain you have good battery voltage and tight connections. These units are susceptible to getting dirt down into the joy stick area. You may want to use compressed air to blow out any debris. Have you checked under the steps for the pump assembly? You can always trace the hydraulic lines under the coach to the pump location. You can also download a service manual for the system you have from HWH or other websites; just run a search for your model.
