I broke one of the lift handles on my A & E awning. Not a new problem for me, as it has happened before. But I am unable to locate a replacement. My local dealer, PPL, and CW all seem to be out of them. Can anyone give me another online source??
Thanks and keep your sparklers dry this w?e.

Try these suppliers RV Surplus and Marksrv.com A&E 8500 rv awning parts. They look promising.
I just did a google of A&E Awning parts.

I'm not sure if these are what you need when you say "handle." Here's a link to a set of awning supports (don't know if they're A&E or not, I can't tell by the photo) that I found on the local Atlanta, Georgia, Craigslist.

Grumpy, I have replaced two of the lift handles, just picked them up at a local RV dealer. Check Camping World.. Even though I have one at home, I did have to buy a pop rivet tool to install it with as we were not close to home. Now I have one in my RV tool box. Easy job, you need a drill, two beers, and a pop rivet tool. Takes about 10 minutes. 2 for the repair, 3 for the beer, 5 listening to you neighbor telling you how as he drinks your other beer.

I just purchased a new A&E 9000 Plus Awning. It uses new Universal Hardware. The lift Handles can only be replaced by buying the complete arm assembly. This is stupid, and also very expensive to the consumer. I would not recomend to anyone looking to replace there awning, to go out and buy a new A&E awning for this reason.
