ABS code

I'm getting a ABS SID code 23 low current, on my 1999 American eagle. I'm using the "silver leave electronics" program on my laptop. I haven't been able to get any information on what that means.

Welcome to iRV2.

The ABS control module , will be supplied power, from both ignition and battery power sources. Through fuses. Less than full battery power or alternator power could set the code OR a bad system ground. Find the related fuses, and check for corrosion, and good power through the fuses, test the control module wiring harness, ground wire, for zero ohms resistance to ground.

If your ABS system is a Meritor WABCO, here's the manual for it. The SID 23 code is on page 83.

Thank you for the manual. Of all the parts that can fail a light bulb or relay is probably the easiest and less expensive of them all. I'll get to work on it this evening, thanks again.
