how to DC wire the fans on the fins?

Hello, added fans outside but that didn't do it, so I bought the pair that attach inside onto the fins. The installation instructions weren't very clear to me. I ran the wire out and down along the thermister wire. Can I attach the blue under that nut on the fuse block chassis, and stick the red in and screw down onto the ring on the block itself. Is this correct? If I turn off the power at the main, will the DC also be off?
Newbie here, and I haven't enough experience or tools....

Well, there are several factors that contribute to your issue and are quite common with absorption fridges. Won't get into all the specifics of this subject. But....

If you want an affordable, nice looking, easy to install solution for the inside air circulating problem, we have installed one of these in our Norcold fridge and love it.

However, we have done more than that for a total cooling fridge cooling solution. You might want to look at this thread for more details. Post# 9
