Additional Travel Assist

I currently have full coverage on my RV through State Farm and I have emergency road service that covers mechanical labor up to one hour at place of breakdown, towing to nearest place for repairs, towing if stuck on or next to a public road, delivery of gas, oil, battery or change of tire and locksmith labor up to one hour to unlock if key is lost, stolen or locked in RV. Does anyone recommend I get additional travel assist like GoodSams or Coach-Net? I am/will be a female solo RV'er so I need piece of mind!!! Thanks in advance for any advice!
