I've ordered a tow bar and drop hitch from them in the past 60 days and have no complaints. Their shipping rates are somewhat higher because they use FedEx.
I've only ordered directly from their web site and not spoken with anyone. They usually ship within 2-3 days.

Jim

I purchased my 9160 from them, no problem at all. The shipping rates are varied depending on the item you choose. You may find the same item listed twice at 2 different prices, the shipping will be cheaper on the more expensive price, but the overall cost will be lower.
