It is me again folks....different problem this time, however.

I have the HWH 310 Leveling System on my 2000 Winnebago Journey 34B.
(2000 Winnebago Journey, Model WKP34B, VIN#4UZ6XFBC8YCG7785)

After getting power to my Leveling System, the jacks now lower and retract as they should.
Problem Now:
When I turn on my Leveling System, the jacks restore, but no air goes into my air bags. When I level my coach by turning on the system, No air releases from the air bags as they should (Could be because tere is No air in the bags to begin with).
I can no find any blown fuse, loose wires or any other visible problem.
After jacks have fully restored and system shuts itself down as normal, I start my engine and as pressure bulds up in my tanks, no air goes to my air bags. Now I am stranded again and can not drive my coach.
Any ideas or suggestions now?

If you find nothing wrong at the HWH control board, you will need to verify if the board is sending 12vdc to the air ride solenoid. If so and it does not open then it is either stuck or bad. If you think it might be stuck just tap on it rather hard and see if it will open. How long has it been since the air system has been serviced with new filter, drier and desiccant? Moisture in the air can reek havoc on the air valve and other components.

better to just give them a call. They were very helpful to me. I had to hot wire my system to be able to drive it!! Tech walked me through the entire process very helpful for sure good luck

My problem is where do I find the air ride solenoid. I have crawled around under my coach and can find what I believe to be the dump valve, but there are no electrical wires going to it. I guess the parts I am looking for are hidden on top of some of the crossmembers and other frame parts. I will keep looking.

I have also been talking with HWH and yes, they are very helpful.

PROBLEM FIXED !!!

I found a wiring harness down under the dash, close to the floor which had come loose. This harness/connector was well hidden behind other wiring harness and hard to get to and hard to see. Plugged it in and all systems working fine now.

Thanks again for all who helped me with this problem. I have certainly learned more about my wiring, suspension, air bags and leveling system.
