DevilDog, I would suggest you call Forrest River and find out if the air conditioner may have been changed out thus giving you two controllers; one like the front may have been for the original A/C unit and the replacement is control through remote.

The above link is to a user guide for the Dometic Duo Therm
remote. Not sure if its the same one as yours.
Im going to the rv dealer tomorrow so I will check out some Georgetowns and see what kind of remotes and thermostats they have.

Checked out some Georgetowns but none of them had the remotes. Service guy says that the remote controls are very user unfriendly. He says that he gets alot of complaints about them. He also mentioned that you have to read the manual very closely.
