Just did a thousand miles to the Rockies and back (western Oregon to Kalispell, MT), toad in tow, dash air on, lots of hills -- got 5.8 per, not so amazing
On the way back, gas hit $4.
Here's an interesting tidbit. Gas in Montana was $3.53, all across Idaho it was $3.68, in eastern Washington $3.89, and when we hit Oregon it was $3.99 to $4.05. All regular, all in a space of three days....
Rural gas is cheaper? I always wonder how that works?
Ya gotta love this life.
