Amazing service experience!

Wow...how fortunate for me that I stumbled upon a new RV service center only 3.2 miles from storage on the northwest side of metro Atlanta, GA. If you live anywhere near this area you know getting quality RV service in a timely manner has been a nightmare unless you want to drive 30-50 miles one way to service centers on the west or Northeast sides of the area. This new establishment "wowed" me in every way. The time frame, price, quality and service were way above average. They installed a replacement TV in the front of the coach and did a beautiful job for only 3 hours labor ($98 per hour). While I was there they even raised the coach in the air for me to give a look at the undercarriage! I got to look at the connections and hoses for the first time and peace of mind is so important with motorhomes. Thanks to Mark and Ronnie at Open Roads Complete RV Repair! I'll be back.

Thanks to the OP for a refreshing, positive topic. It would be great if we could start a trend of upbeat RV threads.

I couldn't agree more. It is really a shame how "behind" the industry is with service even in large metro areas.
