American RV Company has gone out of business

American RV Company has gone out of business. Of course I did have an order 'in shipping' with them so I am going to have to do a credit card charge-back on that. Dang, this doesn't happen to me very often either!

Their web site is also gone so you can mistakenly order from them, but if you have stuff on order you need to work on getting your item or money back...

Just a heads up!

Worse than going out of business, American RV was bought out by Camping World.

Well, crap. Confusion... There are *two* American RV companies, one in Grand Rapids MI, and one (out of business!) in Azusa CA. I'm referring to the one in California, not the Michigan dealer that Camping World bought.

The one that's gone used to have a good website to buy parts and systems for RVs. The one in CA is still in business, it's a dealership for new and used RVs.

Something to consider when you mention American RV
When my Furnace control board went Tango Uniform.. I ordered a Dinosaur board from American RF in California
When I last got an oil change, American RV, Burton, MI
My last Air conditioner replacement, American RV S.E. Georgia (McIntosh County)

All different companies from the company this thread is about.
