I got one a "Victor Electronic Rat Trap M240" for the house a few months ago and it is the best mouse/rat trap I have ever used. Every day I would get a mouse or rat for about a week. Now only once in a while. I put a couple of peanuts in it and turn it on. Next day dump it and more peanuts. Very easy to use.

Use a lot of them, and in the right locations (corners and close to walls), and just take those rodents to the dumpster.............

On that big paddle where you hook the spring wire, look closely and you will see that one side of the hook area is set for slow release and the other side it set for fast release. I use the fast side and I'm careful to keep fingers clear as I set it back down.

I also set out several boxes of the green pellets type of Mouse Proof. Thinking I was getting rid of the buggers, I was surprised to find several handfuls of the green pellets "stored" up in a remote location in the frame of my tractor.

We have used poison in the garage but use drier sheets in the MH. I know they don't work... We must have special mice. Haven't had one in the MH yet.

I bought the ratacater from Amazon a few weeks ago for about $32. Put about 10 prices of dry cat food in it, turned it on, set it in the garage. Got me a mouse last night, dumped out in to the trash can and never had to touch it electrified mouse. Added more dry cat food and replaced in the garage.

Going to buy one for the MH now that I've confirmed that it will do the task.

Those electric mouse traps sound interesting. I'll have to try one or two. Thanks for the heads up guys and gals.
