Fast blinking on the IOTA charger is bulk mode or high amp charge.

Slower blinking is absorbsion mode or topping off charging.

Steady on is float or maintance charging.

Looking at your battery charging voltages, you probably have a solid state isolator. It will have a bit lower voltage on the house bank then the chassis bank when the engine is running.
That part seems to be working fine.

Your boost solenoid is probably bad, causing the no boost help when starting either engine. That's a seperate solenoid that can be located by listening for it, as you hit the boost switch on and off.

Your converter ( IOTA ) is working fine, as it is charging the house batteries. In that year MH, It probably doesn't have any way to charge the chassis battery.

Since your house batteries went so far out of equalization, I suspect they are failing. Connected in series, one should never go lower then the other.

If one, in a series set fails, the other is soon to join it. I would replace the set.

Flip it over to 'Main' and it will behave just like a car's dash radio, getting it's power from the chassis batts. It will go dark when you shut off the engine. It is still using some power though, just not much.

I've never seen a recent RV where the dash radio was powered by the house batts exclusively.

That switch would have nothing to do with the speakers directly.
As per radio

When I had the switch set to travel, speakers in rear worked but not loud

Swap switch to park.
Speakers get loud

Prolly some leakage. Since in most RVs it's not encouraged for passengers to be hanging around the living compartment, I can see an engineer doing something like that on purpose. But the engineer in me thinks it is nothing but leakage.

I have the surround sound speakers in my rig, I'll test for that my next trip. See if they are on, but at a reduced volume. Right now, parked and on shore power, the volume is the same regardless of the switch position.

'02 Winnebago Journey DL, DSDP, 36' of fun.
