I've had a terrible time getting my refund on some MaxxAir vent covers! Anyone else have a bad experience with them?

After I placed the order, they immediately charged my card. When the vents didn't arrive after almost 2 weeks, I called a NUMBER of times and was finally able to get someone at the retail store and he forwarded my message. The next day I was informed via email that they were backordered for "3-6 weeks", so I cancelled the order. Now another 10 days later, still have not received my refund and can't get anyone to answer me. Uggh!

I would suggest you contact your credit card company or bank and have them refund the money and charge the merchant back for service not rendered.

Stick with them Jason, I ordered two fold up bikes that didn't fit into my compartments so I returned them in early August. I had confirmation from Fedex that they received both back, just 3 days ago, I finally was able to talk to someone about my credit. I kept calling both the retail store and the 800 number leaving messages, finally spoke to a "LIVE" person, demanding to talk to someone, 10 minutes later I received an email telling me I would be credited for the return, Good thing I kept bugging them! Good luck....Ted
