Anyone have to use their "The Choice Protection Plans" warranty?

Has anyone purchased one of these? What is their experience.

I've done a google search on this company. See a class action from 2008. Unable to locate a website.

Digging deeper they are backed by BofA and haven't entered me into their system yet almost 45 days later.

I have 3 days to make a decision to either go with an alternative company, drop or keep them per the legal.

If this has already been covered, please point me to the link. I was unable to find using the search function. Thanks!!!
