Aquahot 450 DE not firing

I have an AquaHot 450 DE not heating up anything. I get 3 green interior lights when I turn them on (Diesel burner/Electric/Engine pre heat). On the circuit board next to the unit in the basement I get Diesel burner status, Zone 3, and electric heating element all green. There are no red lights. NO light at all for the "heating status" light on the circuit board. The coach is full of fuel.

1. I have verified the safety switch inside the cover is hooked up and working.
2. The anti freeze over flow tank is filled half way between both lines.
3. Pulled the blower motor and see nothing busted up, but I ordered a new nozzle, filter, burner gasket and antifreeze anyway.
4. I'm getting the proper voltage coming to the circuit board from both the chassis and coach batteries.
5. Cleaned out the combustion chamber

When I switch the unit on, All it does is hum. I don't hear anything spinning up and definitely nothing blowing out the exhaust. NO hot water.

Aqua hot support had me jump pins 1-3 or 3-4. I don't recall exactly, but it started a bit more activity, like it was trying to fire, but didn't. I think we were bypassing something by doing that. Just not sure what. It also gave me the green heating status light on the circuit board, which was previously not on. Its now the weekend, and no tech support help. Looking to see if anyone has experience with this

Sorry to hear, but I can identify, having had some AH problems that were difficult (for me) to diagnose, but in the end relatively simple (for a qualified repair shop) to fix. I suggest you go to Roger Berke, the Aqua-Hot guru, at RV Hydronic Heater Repair - Home . I think you have to join his forum to submit your question, but Roger will steer you right. And whatever you do, don't let the unit freeze (the fresh water in the coils, that is). If you're somewhere cold enough that it's a possibility, get a small cube heater to keep that compartment warm.

What Crabby-Mike says!!
Roger Berke is great. Make sure you give the complete model and description and he will promptly reply with suggestions or additional questions. He has parts on his web page and tools to loan if necessary.

no point in running the third switch(motor aid) wont help at all.The 120V heater(middle switch) should be getting you hot water as the water system is independent of the house heating system
On the diesel side of things it sounds like the diesel motor/injector control box is gone bad (on side of the motor)
not sure about the hum? never run across that unless the motor is seized up (unlikely) but sounds like controller is dead and possible but unlikely the control circuit board is bad
try jumping pin15+16 to bypass the fluid sensor there known to go bad
IF you cant get heat from 120V or from diesel burner than its the control board I suspect but if the 120V heating system works then its the controller that's bad or something in the burner motor assembly
either way hot water should be available
Is the low temp lite green?on the status board
