Atwood EcoStat Wiring Question

I'm replacing the ecostat in the water heater. Package says the eco side should have a yellow dot between the terminals. Of course, it doesn't. One of the new terminals says 60 degrees C, the other 82 degrees C. Which is which??

The standard thermostat is 60 C. (140 F) and the ECO (emergency cut off) is 82 C. (180 F.)
