Automotion Shade driving me nuts

I replaced the motor in one of our shades and for the life of me, I cannot get the down position adjusted at all. It will only run way past where I need it too and I have to manually stop it before wrapping around the other direction.

I have the up adjusting and it stays where it should. Can anyone shed any light on this. I've spent a couple hours on this at a couple different times with no luck.

Does yours have the little knob with the +/- on it?

Is this yours? Automotion Shade

Thanks for the reply but I couldn't get the link to work. My shade has two adjustment screws. One is to adjust the up position and the other the down. The down does not seem to work at all. Just seems odd and wonder if I'm doing something wrong.

Huh. Must have put the link in wrong...

Try this, put into a google search box, "automotion shade stop adjustments" and the first thing that pops up on the list is a PDF of instructions that you can click and read, or download to your computer.

Hey thanks Jim. That is the exact doc I was working with. Appreciate you trying to help. May take the motor back out and see if something is amiss in the motor.

Well, good luck and hope you find the problem. Nothing more annoying than an 'almosts works' situation. Much better when something is just broken 'cus often you know right off what's wrong by looking at it.
