awnbrella awning support

If you like to have your awning out for long periond of time I highly recommend awnbrella supports 2 per box at camping world 144.00 sometimes on sale for 99.00. I am on chokoloskee bay, florida and the wind blow constantly and I never used my awning much because of having to get up in the mddle of the night and bring it in, not now my awning has been up since July 30 right through hurrican season although we havent had much big wind. My awning does not rattle enough to keep you awake at night. right now it is blowing NNE gust of 25mph and no noise. I have a 18' awning with two deflapers on each end and 4 awnbrella supports with the awning legs on the ground.

I agree. We have used Awnbrellas since our awning got stretched under a water load several years ago. We have a 20 foot awning and the 4 awnbrellas make for a nicely supported roof for our screen room. The only problems we have had are carrying an 8' stepladder to install them and one dropped and broke the "tab" end off one. Just enough left to hold it in place.
