Awning Problems

I have a Fleetwood Providence, with a Weather Pro Power Awning. Last week, the awning wouldn't stay extended and with no wind, it automatically retracts, after a few seconds. It works OK, if I turn off the "wind control switch". I suspect a faulty control box, part #3307930.002. Does anyone know where I can find one and how much I will have to pay for it? Camping World says I will have to wait about 6 or 7 weeks, for a replacement, as they (Weather pro) are backed up on orders!

You probably have a bad controller and yes they are on a national backorder. Sorry! Where are you located? You might try About RV Parts Superstore & PPL Motorhomes

Thanks RV Wizard. I have found a very similar, new, control box on ebay. I put a bid in and won. The controller is being mailed to me. I live in Lutz, FL. I will look at the link you gave me, for other issues.
