awning trouble

Having trouble with my awning
oasis automatic with weatherpro power awning control. The main awning will go in and out both from the switch and the remote.
The door awning won’t work on either – it worked before I found the remote, but since I tried the remote it stopped working. When I push the button on the remote or wall I hear a clicking sound.
I tried it with the wind sensor in the on and off position.

Check the connections sounds like wire is loose or came off if it's clicking in the main control or the control could have went bad you can check voltage on the wires going to the door awning also

Have you tried gently pulling on the awning arm while someone pushes the button?

I was having a problem with my big awning not going out and the patio one working fine. I asked DW to push the button while I gently pulled on the arm and the awning came out. I have since established a maintenance schedule to lubricate the pivot points and it has been working ever since. Just a thought!
