I have an 06 Holiday Rambler vacationer Diesel. The only thing I dont like are the Baggage doors. They are very cheap and unsturdy. One of them got warped badley and made the side of the coach look bad. The manufacturer wanted 1500 dollars for a new one , so I looked for other alternatives I found one at R V surplus in Elkhardt Indiana. It was about 250 dollars and much sturdier than the original It looks the same from the outside of the coach. The manufacturer was Challenger Door . It made a nice substitute. I still have to get it painted locally, also the original had a piano henge the new one has a different type of henge. The henge could be easily changed to get a perfect exterior match with the other doors.

Are you going to replace all the doors or is it just one that was cheaply made?

For now I am just going to replace the one door. It is the largest one, and therefore the worst one. They look identical from the outside .

Does the RV Surplus have a web site? I have a 2004 Endeavor and came too close to a stationary object while makeing a turn. Mellott Bros in Willow Street, Pa tells me that HR needs to "tool up" and make a new one from scratch so I'm still waiting.

Here is the link, but I do not think they will work on your Endeavor.
