Since my coach does not have a sani-flush and it appears that it would be extremely difficult to put one in I have purchased a wand that can be hooked to a faucet in the bathroom sink.
My problem is this....I can't get the part that holds the screen that is supposedly attached to the spout off. Are they all suppose to come off or are there faucets that this particular part does not come off?
Hopefully someone with more experience and mechanical talent that I can shed some light on things.

More info and a pic would help. What RV do you have? Is the faucet metal or plastic? Is the wand hose threaded to fit a faucet aerator hole?

Usually channel lock pliers will loosen the aerator (often scuffing the finish if not very careful). How bout passing a garden hose in through the window?

Channel Lock pliers with a rag around the aerator to keep from scratching should work no problem.
And yes some cheaper plastic faucets are not set up for removing the aerator.

As mentioned above a pic would help.

If what the others above mentioned is the case, where there is no way to take the aerator off, RV sinks will usually fit any standard bathroom faucet. You can pick one up at any hardware store, or even Walmart, and they will have removable aerators.

How close is your shower to the toilet? You could try removing the head from the hose in the shower. It will also be possible to find a fittings in Lowe's or home Depot to adapt the threads of the shower hose to standard 3/4" hose threads to connect a short length of garden hose to the wand.

A small paper bathroom cup half-full of white vinegar or CLR held to submerge the faucet end for 15-20 minutes should soak the water scale loose enough to remove the screen/aerator. You can determine it has that piece if the water does not splash in the sink when run at full open.
