Anyone have an idea what the problem might be or any suggestions for finding the problem? If I can't find a solution pretty soon I will have to rip up the entire floor as it is getting pretty soft and beginning to rot.
Sometimes the water is coming in from a place you would never expect. It can be coming down from the roof or a window and running down INSIDE the wall and spreading out across the floor.

We just replaced the flooring in the bathroom last week due to a leak from our toilet when flushing. The water was under the vinyl so we did not notice anything until the toilet began to become unstable. Cost 1,300.00 plus. Wish I was a carpenter. The toilet we had in our motorhome was the wrong one. The previous owner put in a cheap toilet that was not right for a floor mounting.
