I just purchased a product from RV TOY OUTLET in Anaheim, CA. Had a question about the install. I could not get anyone to answer the phone. Constent run around with the Phone system. Should have known better I had the same issue with the Phone when trying to place the order. The Phone number on the installation Manual was not in service. Look the manufacturer up on line called their Tech line and was told they discontinued that item 3 years ago. There is no Tech support. And there are no parts available. The 2-year Warranty is non-existent. I have no idea where this item is coming from for them to sell after 3 years. But they did not advertise it as discontinued without a Warranty. Maybe questions will get answered if I ever get through to RV TOY OUTLET. Rest assured I'll not buy from them again.

I had a similar problem with CD RV (RVPartsCenter.com) in Riverside, CA. I got an OK to return a set of wheel covers my wife did not like and shipped than back with the RMA #. Never got a refund and never could get anybody to answer my emails or calls.

Now I stick with well known and proven online retailers like RVUpgrades.com, PPL Motorhomes and even Camping World sometimes.

I was in So. Cal about a month ago, and did buy something from their retail store, which after a bad experience at the store, they had to order and ship. I had previously seen the item on line. I went into the store to buy it since I was in the area....the manager of the store was a dud...he couldn't find it on line, and said I must have the wrong store, and basically walked away. I tried their computer and couldn't find it either. The other employee of the store tried to help me...still couldn't find it. Went back to my MH and got out my computer and I finally found it. Called them and placed the order with the kid that tried to help me. I told him that he should be the manager! The young man called me twice to confirm the shippping and give me a tracking number. No thanks to the manager, however. I have not bought from their on line warehouse/phone room
