Be Aware of Safety Recalls for your RV

The 2011 April Report is available on the NHTSA SafeCars.gov website.

It really should be looked at by all RV'ers because there is information in there that could pertain to your unit.

An example for the April 2011 report has recalls on Thor, Jayco, and Prevost, amongst a few others, even though some still pertain to the Norcold problem, others pertain to axle and other problem.

Please visit the NHTSA SafeCars.gov web site and just check the first sentence in each paragraph, or search for your specific or general search criteria.

Do we need a safety thread? Many recalls pertain in general to the RV population, with some specific to mode/mfg, but could still be in a safety thread.

i found one a few months back and emailed damon....they called me the next day to confirm my vin was not affected.
