Bedroom slide problems

We recently purchased a'00 Georgie Boy Cruise Air.. we have stayed at a campground once.. We did not deploy the jacks and were able to use both the living room slide and the bedroom slide (both on the drivers side of the coach) although it did cause it to tip to that side. Since that time, we have not been able to get the bedroom slide to deploy. it seems as if there is no power going to the switch.. we are VERY new to this, so any and all suggestions are welcome here.. By the way, the tech who gave us the instructions on how to use the coach, actually warned us against using the levelling jacks, as that is one more thing that could go wrong

Glad to have you here with us.

The tech warned you against using the levelers? That's what they are there for. Using the levelers will take strain off the slides and will keep you from leaning.

Have you looked at your fuses for the slides? Does the front slide still work? Are you plugged into AC? Slides can be finicky about low voltage.

Best of luck and Happy Trails!!!!
