We just used ours to do a yard sale for a doxi rescue group. We used the awning to shield the merchandise because it was drizzling. The rv helped draw attention from the road.

1. Short term housing when son sold his house and was homeless for 3 weeks till his next was available
2. Emergency preparedness everything
3. Shopping transportation so The Dog can come along on out of town jaunts
4. Mother Ship at the racetrack when son competes.
5. Casino trips
6. A way to spend above mentioned son's inheritance.

Once used mine to move some 17 ft trim boards for the s&b.
