Thank you for the idea! I laughed out loud. I have used my motorhome for work when I had to be out of town on a job (commerical contractor) for an extended period of time. Better than a roach motel!

We use it for a place to stay while exploring, fishing, meeting new and old friends.

After getting my rv,once the initial excitement subsided, I felt an immediate sense of well being.I had my own space after 18 years sharing space with the wife and 2 young boys.Seperation on wheels.Knowing I can go anywhere, anytime. That kind of energy is the perfect inspiration to be creative, artistically or by writing.Momentarily Iam being held up from heading cross country by several issues, yet I feel already blessed having an rv, and mostly its been parked in a very quiet neighborhood.A great way for healing.

OK, I never thought of that! You've got to tell us what your time slip said.

Funny how lots of folks think alike. The final "straw" so-to-speak in my getting my 1st one is because #1 (daughter) is getting married at a vineyard and she needed a "get ready" spot.

I use mine as a standy by food source. it seems that every vew days my wife will say go check MH. I know we have some in there. So when I get ready to hit the road it means resupply.

I saw one other that said office.
Well, ours was more than that for a few years. I do (did) specialty work on racing boats. As bring a 5 ton, 30odd ft long with 40+ foot mast to my shop was just not practical, I would load tools and test equipment into the coach and go where the client needed me.
So, as I often described it, my coach was my:
Office,
Meeting room,
Precision instrument shop,
Electronic repair shop,
Tool crib,
Electric plant,
Restaurant, and on more than a few occasions
a Motel.

I bought my MH seven years ago specifically to go to Alaska.
I now use it for family reunion trips, Volunteer Camp Ground Hosting with the NPS and for coastal fishing trips.
