Best Converters.Com

Big shout out for Randy @ Best Converters.com.
I bought an entire set (both house and starter) batteries 3 months ago from Randy @ BestConverters.com. Unfortunately, a shipping error resulted in my getting all house batteries instead of the 4-ea 4-D house and 2 Grp 31 starting batteries. Since they were the exact same size, I did not catch the error and had them installed. On a recent trip I was having trouble starting after a short stop (as in getting fuel). Got home and had the coach to a repair shop for other work and had them check the starting system. They pointed out the wrong batteries. Checked my paper work and found the shipping error. E-mailed Randy, and explained what happened. He immediately acknowledged the mistake and shipped the correct batteries, along with a call tag for the incorrect ones. No hassle, no fuss, just did it! What a great company to deal with! They made a lifetime customer out of me!
