You will need to plug the Miracast device in to your TVs HDMI port

All movies on a 4 tb external drive plugged into a laptop. HDMI to tv, audio to 5.1 receiver. Kodi used as the media player. Wireless keyboard/track pad.

1999 Winnebago Minnie 29', Ford V10, Close to stock.
