Big Foot stabilizer system problem?

We just love our Big Foot stabilizer.....but have had a couple problems with it just recently. We own a 2004 Winnebago Sightseer, 30 foot....and Memorial weekend when we turned it on, it calibrated....then started to extend the legs....leveled, but kept right on going, raising the front legs to the max....and trying to go farther??? I turned it off, turned it back on, retracted the legs, and started over...only to have it do it again. When I tried it the third time, I manually turned it off when it hit level, as it didn't seem to stop otherwise. Two weeks later on another camping trip, it did the same thing again, so now we're just using the "manual" mode, which is MUCH more difficult. Has anyone ever experienced this issue with the Big Foot? Thank you!

We seldom see many Big Foot leveling issues posted. I would recommend you call the manufacturer and get some help. I have helped out a few times for them in the past and think you may have a sticking relay in the controller. I do not have the automatic system but do have the manual and like it very much as well. I can level the coach as fast as any automatic system I have seen. If you have bubble levels installed near the controller this weill make it easy. Run each jack down until it touches the ground. When all are down, use pairs on controller for front, back or same sides to level coach. Good luck and let us know what you find to be the culprit. Thanks.
